Choose what you'll focus on during the session - best o have a single focus and not try to get too many things done. You could:

Batch create instagram posts in canva and schedule them

Finalise your email newsletter for the month

write a couple of blogs

It really depends on you and your business
During the co-creation springs of 45 minutes, focus! Check what you set your intentions about, turn off ALL distractions such as notifications, your phone, email and other apps on your computer - head down bum up let's get stuff DONE!
Between sprints ask questions, ask for feedback, make sure nothing is holding you back for the next sprint.
